COVID-19 (RT PCR) – AT OFFSITE

Description

This test is a diagnostic tool for detecting the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. It uses Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) technology, which is considered the gold standard for COVID-19 testing. The “AT OFFSITE” designation indicates that the test is performed at a location other than the main laboratory, possibly at a mobile testing site or satellite facility. This test is highly sensitive and specific, capable of detecting even small amounts of viral genetic material in a sample, usually collected via nasopharyngeal swab.
